OECD's outlook includes an analysis of the key trends of its members with regard to science, technology and innovation as well as the trends of non members' economies such as Brazil, Israel. Chile, China, South Africa and Russia.

The report (outlook) presents the trends of the three abovementioned sectors, which are contstantly changing. The report by using a number of recent data and indicators examines a number of issues which are included at the top of the agenda for science and innovation on a national and international level and the practices to assess the socio-economic impacts of the public research.
The report settles its analysis on more than 250 graphs.
